After working a few years in several practices, I became co-owner of a midwifery practice in the Netherlands right before my first pregnancy. After caring for women during pregnancy and childbirth, as well as care [...]

Will my baby’s eye color change?

Are all babies born with blue eyes? Most Caucasian babies are born with blue eyes. African-American and Asian babies are likely to have brown eyes. The color usually become darker over time. Why does eye color change? Melanin is a (brown) pigment what colors the eyes darker.
